What is Happiness?

It is the state of mind, a feeling of pleasure or joy.The more the pleasure we have and less the problems we face.. we are more happy...
Happiness is not a life without problems, but rather the strength to overcome the problems that come our way. Happiness comes when we struggle to solve a problem and finally reach the goal... so problems have to be there to be Happy :P

Where is happiness?

Many of us search for happiness... I can be easily found... it is within the state of our hearts and mind. When u do something you love and also use ur mind, suddenly happiness in you says "Hii I am here.. "

How to be happy?

ok.. Cooll.... calm down...Forget about the pastt..Dont think about future..
Be in present....
Now You are Happy.... // the simpliest way to be Happy


U can be more happy when u make others happy.. // the more u make others happy the more u feel good..A truth. 200 % true.. :D.

Satisfaction is the one thing.. that makes us feel happy...(Keep small small goals.. reach them.. and Be happy..)
"just have a thought... wow... today i did what i wanted to... \m/ "

Just laugh moree(It doesnt cost a single penny).. and feel the excitement inside you and u will feel so alive, the past,present and future will be a happy.

Take a deeeep breath...... and relieve from all the tensions(Tension!!?.. why... there will be a solution to every problem! Be cool and think)

There can be reason to be UnHappy.. but there neednot be any reason to be happy.. :)
and always we find.. the root cause of being unhappy.(check it out).. FEAR is the only reason..........
Just become free from fear(the devil.. :P) u ll njoy the real Happiness..

Philosophically...
The more happiness u feel when u know about yourself... the self-realization..A deep sense of joy is something which can only exist in the innermost reaches of our life, and which cannot be destroyed by any external forces. It is eternal and inexhaustible//ok not much on this.. :P

Life is sooo small..... and we all have to enjoy!!..

What is School???? Inpired from Pathsaala....... :D

Education is a noble profession.. and School is the first center for Education...
School--- A hub for learning
from how to read, write, play, obey the elders, enjoy, build up ourself, grow and develop socially, to grow into good citizens,develop personally, how to comment, how to tell lies(ya even this we learn in schools(dint do HW???) :P), an overall development of an individual..

School: A place.. where we start our journey from a kid to a child to an youngster to a citizen..
School teachers: who first taught me from my A B C to maths,science, social..,.... and alllll
School friends: the first ones other than parents... with whom, we trust, we share, we enjoy,...
School days: The days where we are free from any responsibilities(except exams.. :P), live happily, enjoy to the fullest,...

A place of transformation: We enter as a cute little  kids, learn many many many things.. and grow up...
I learnt........ countless.. from begining of abc, counting from 1 2 3, form words, sentences, paragraphs,
essays, additions, subtractions, lcm, gcd, expansions, trigonometry, geometry,....... history, civics, economics, geography, biology, science............tending to infinity

I learnt.... How to behave, how to be in the society, how to speak, how to enjoy, how to take things light and serious, how to decide, how to

plan, how to think, how to party, how to blame, how to be strong, how to develop,how to compete............ tending to infinity..

I learnt... how to do masti, how to make fun, how to enjoy, how to be a frnd, how to hope,how to laugh, how to cry, how to fear, how to speak in a gathering, how to overcome stress, where am i strong and weak.....

Ofcourse a place.. where we fight, we feel sad when we were in that age, where we feel hell a lot burden coz of exams, studies, where we hope the school life ends, where we had many punishments, many strict rules.....
But these are all everywhere... sweet and hot memories...

But....  School is..
First time where we were given a name "Student(\m/)"
First steps for building a character..
First place where we learnt to live lifee..
First image of a how a society is..
First of everything in our life from where we can understand...
First things to be remembered for ever in our life time..
First frnds, first joy, first learning, first.... first first........ everything in our life.. first is that what we have done in our school..

A sacred place......... which we cant describe in words...

A Happy Moment(now.."Present")

At a point of time..
Today morning... when I sensed the cool breeze coming from my room's window... and  i suddenly felt i was somewhere....

I had a feeling that,  i got wings and flying was in the air, with no tensions, free mind,no worries,a happy mood,a cool smile on my face reflected it.. and continued...

That was a moment of time.. where there was nothing around me, i was somewhere in the world of happiness, somewhere, where there is an intense joy, everything was silent, I was celebrating silence, and i felt that it was a long time.. but it was just for a few moments..

Suddenly out of nowhere a question came into my mind.."Where am i??" Then an answer came from within me... saying:-

"U are not somewhere.. U are in "Present", forgot about the past, never thought of future.. just PRESENT... "

The state of mind decides most of the things. Keep it free.
Enjoy every moment of life.

Life is soo small and Live it fully in "Present".. coz it's the one where we are.. We don't know wat happens and we cant change what had happened.

I cant say more philosophical things.. just Enjoy.. Enjoy.. Enjoy..
Live in Present, Experience the Joy, Feel the Happiness..

Experiment: Though it is difficult.. Just give a try.. of thinking nothing, and close ur eyes and feel the pleasure.. :).. FEEL IT... :)
